In this post I will not enter any opinion on what happened, but i would like to highlight the big mistake many of italian journalists have been doing.
If we look the fact under the Advertiser point of view, I am sure that nobody would like to have an ad linked directly to that video.
Every year Advertiser are investing lot of money for building a digital identity, trying to communicate to their audience with right channels and right messages.
The video posted from that stupid guys for sure has damaged the revenue of Google and not viceversa.
I have no evidence, but I'm quite sure that after that video, Google encountered a decrease of revenues for several months...
So when journalists said that Google had not removed the Video because he makes money on it is not true, I would say it's quite the opposite.
